PINK LEMONADE

Ingredients

• 1 cup of Johnny Bloom’s Rose Lemonade
•2 1⁄2 cups of fresh lemon juice, and 4 lemons in addition to that, thin crosswise slices for garnish

•1 1⁄2 cups of superfine sugar
•2 cups of cranberry juice

Preparation

Pour Johnny Bloom’s Rose Lemonade into a glass. Add lemon juice, superfine sugar, cranberry juice, and 1 1⁄2 part of water to a serving container. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate until it is ready to be served, add ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices.

If you like the combination of sweet and sour, then this cocktail is for you.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 teaspoon of granulated sugar
•3 fresh strawberries, 2 sliced and 1 served as garnish

•3 ounces of gin
•Indian Tonic
•Fresh mint leaf for garnish

Preparation

Squeeze lime juice and add sugar in a tall glass. Smash the sugar with the back of a spoon to dissolve and add sliced strawberries with a slight muddle.

Ingredients

• 3 ounces of gin
•Fresh tarragon sprigs
•Ice
•Indian Tonic, chilled
•Fresh tarragon sprig for garnish

Preparation

Add ice, a sprig of fresh tarragon and gin to a shaker and let it soak in for a few minutes. Shake well and strain the mix into cocktail glasses. Add chilled sparkling Indian Tonic on top and garnish with a rose petal and a fresh tarragon sprig.
